Cocotal Inn and Cabanas has eight vacation rentals.  We have six stand
alone cottages, and two suites in our main house accommodating a
maximum of 17 guests on over an acre of beach front property.

At Cocotal our goal is to provide quality lodgings at affordable prices in
a relaxed and intimate setting. We are in a great "up and coming" beach
front location 2 1/2 miles north of town, still convenient, yet peaceful
and private. Cocotal offers rentals as low as $115 US a night  for well
appointed units with fully equipped kitchens and great amenities. It is
ideal for vacationers looking for an excellent value..

Accommodations at Cocotal Inn and Cabanas
Upstairs is a 1200 sq ft two bedroom, two bath
suite with a great room - full kitchen, dining area
and living area with cable television. The unit
features high vaulted ceilings of Belizean
hardwoods throughout. There is a covered front
veranda facing the sea (and sunrise), and a rear
screened porch facing the rear of the property.
The master bedroom has a king size 4-poster
canopy bed and a large private bathroom. The
guest bedroom has two single beds (convertible to
a king) and a full bath. Both bedrooms are air
conditioned and have ceiling fans. This suite will
accommodate up to 4 people.
   
Rates: $210 US a night low season  
          $265 US a night high season

Downstairs is a spacious 600 sq ft one bedroom
pool view suite (partial ocean view) with a full
kitchen, a large dining area, and living area with
cable television. The bedroom has a queen size bed
and is air conditioned. A full bath is adjacent to the
bedroom and living areas. This apartment is suitable
for either long or short term stays for up to 2
people.

          $155 US a night high season
Sightly higher over Christmas/New Years
The garden cabanas are free standing air
conditioned cottages - 3 studio cabanas
accommodate up to 2 guests, and 1 one bedroom
accommodates up to 3 guests. The cabanas have
a full kitchen, dining area, king or queen size bed,
full bath and an open veranda. The 8 sided design
creates a large open feel to the interior with
beautiful hardwood ceilings.

Rates: $120/$135 US  night low season
          $155/$170 US a night high season
slightly higher rated ove the Chistmas/New
Years holidays
The main house has two rental properties, each
with private entrance and ocean views.
The studio beachfront casita (B-2) is a private
oceanfront cottage with kitchenette, dining area, full
bath, king bed, and a sitting area, total 485 sq ft. The
casita is air conditioned, has cable television, ceiling
fans, a covered veranda and a romantic cupola with
vaulted hardwood ceilings. It is our most frequently
requested unit and  accommodates a maximum of 2
guests.
